From the existing hiking routes, special routes have been put together for trail runners. These trails are summarised in large format signs at various points as well as on handy maps. The GPS coordinates and further route information can be found on our interactive map.

Trail runners experience 8 exhilarating and varied stations in Mandarfen, located next to the base station of the Rifflsee lift. Various goals can be achieved at each station, for example, improving your speed, balance or strength.
