Every visit to the sauna provides a freshness, a positive feeling, strengthens your circulation and improves your well-being. The beneficial warmth provides cleansing and provides a welcome change of temperature to the outdoors, especially in winter. Afterwards you can relax in our cosy relaxation room.

The effects of colour

The colour blue has a calming effect. Blue is commonly used when treating back pain, problems in the throat, fever, and migraines
The colour red is invigorating and stimulating. The colour red is used when the energy for life is weakened and the metabolism needs to be activated. Red strengthens determination and has a stimulating effect.
The colour yellow stands for creativeness and a quick understanding. It reminds us of sun and light.
The colour green has a balancing effect on the kidneys and heart and has a regenerating effect. The colour green does not strain the eyes and is optimal for gathering new strengths.
The colour orange has a very positive effect on depression, pessimism and fatigue.
